City Revs Up for Car Show

The wraps on the New York International Auto Show will be removed tomorrow evening during the annual benefit for East Side House Settlement . Sponsored by Lamborghini, the sneak preview entitles attendees to unfettered access to the show floor (far from the maddening crowds that will descend on the Javits Center this weekend) as well as cocktails, dinner and a chance to drool over the new 2009 Lambo LP560-4 (seen in rendering at left). If you can't make it tomorrow night, take our advice and get yourself to the convention center this Friday for the pre-opening.
