Airline service continues to disappoint, but that didn't seem to bother party-goers who turned up at Chelsea's Mansion nightclub last night to celebrate the launch of Brian Finke's new book, Flight Attendants (powerHouse). With images of women (and a few men) working at airlines from Icelandair to Hooters Air, the photographer's work celebrates the strange glamour and surprising power of those who tell us to put away our BlackBerries and return to the upright position for landing.
