It's been 30 years since Lisa Birnbach and several others published The Official Preppy Handbook, so she and co-author Chip Kidd decided the concept was due for a reboot. Enter True Prep, which was fêted in grand style last night at--where else?--Brooks Brothers. A WASP-y good time was had by everyone in the bow-tie and whale-print-pant-filled room, including Alec Baldwin, who popped in for a brief stretch. For slideshow, click here.
